Earn passive income as an @realty ambassador
@realty has created a new stream of passive income for it's agents. This is in addition to the current income stream of high commission sales, property management, finance and conveyancing that @realty agents have access to.
This is a great way for you to earn passive income and build strong relationships with your fellow @realty agents. Here is how the structure works:
There are 3 Tiers you can earn passive income from.

TIER 1
​
To qualify for Tier 1 the Ambassador needs to recruit at least 1 agent. The Ambassador will receive 15% of the fees generated by @realty when a property is sold by the agent they have recruited.
TIER 2
​
To qualify for Tier 2 the Ambassador will need to directly recruit 5 active agents. The share the Ambassador will receive is 17% of the Tier 2 agents in addition to the revenue share from the Tier 1 agents.
TIER 3
​
To qualify for Tier 3 the Ambassador needs to directly recruit at least 10 active agents. The share the Ambassador will receive is 10% of the Tier 3 agents in addition to the revenue share from Tier 1 and Tier 2 agents.
Let's look at some examples
Assuming the average agents sells one property per month valued at $500,000 for an average commission of 2.5%, here is what you could earn.
You have referred 1 = $2,793.60 per annum
You have referred 5 agents and each of those agents have referred 1 agent = $29,798.40 per annum
You have referred 10 agents and each of those agents have referred 1 agent, and each of those agents have referred 1 agent = $78,220.20 per annum
You have referred 10 agents and each of those agents have referred 5 agents, and each of those agents have referred 1 agent = $279,360.00 per annum
